Pangu Shengong Moving Form Marathon on August 28

We invite you to join us with a sincere heart and genuine desire to develop mastery of the virtue of persistence. Join us in completing three hours of daily Pangu Shengong practice.

The more daily Pangu Shengong practice we complete, the more healing energy we cultivate, making it possible for more positive outcomes to be realized more quickly.

Master Ou speaks of the importance of striving to master the five virtues (Calm, Kindness, Humbleness, Diligence, and Persistence) in the pursuit of elevating of one’s heart and soul. He also encourages his students to focus and master one of the five virtues in particular to achieve excellent health: persistence. For those who have the read success stories online, many describe the experience of achieving significant improvements in their health by focusing on persistently practicing the Pangu Shengong forms for many hours a day, every day, for weeks and/or months. Our Life as a Result of Master Ou’s Love — By Cari Oberting (USA)

The first time I met Master Ou I would say I experienced a miracle! For several months before I met him, I had been quite unwell for the first time in my adult life. I had lost a lot of weight in a short period of time, had many cysts on my ovaries, my menstrual cycle had stopped, and I was beyond exhausted most of the time. After one twenty-minute healing session with him I believe I was completely healed. The next day my menstrual cycle returned, I gained back the weight I had lost within a week, I had much more energy and the next time I went back to the doctors they checked my ovaries, and all the cysts were gone. I felt renewed! Shortly after the healing, I learned the Pangu Shengong Moving Form and have been doing it daily for the past sixteen years. Since that time, I have been perfectly healthy and have not had to go to the doctors. I haven’t had the flu, any viruses or even a cold since then. Even in the middle of flu season when my clients, my son, and everyone around me seems to be sick, I have not gotten sick. I am quite sure I would be an entirely different person if I had not met Master Ou and learned Pangu Shengong. Doing the daily practice is like brushing my teeth, getting dressed, and getting ready for my day. It would feel so strange going out into the world without having done at least one moving form.

Virtual Group Practice of the Moving Form

The Pangu Shengong Moving Form virtual group practices, based at the Pangu Ranch, have been available online twice a day (8 am and 5 pm Pacific Time) since the beginning of March. The sessions are by Olivia, Master Ou’s daughter, and other instructors at Pangu Ranch.

Step 2: At 8 am and 5 pm Pacific Time, look for the live feed started by Olivia Ou and click watch.

Participants have reported that these group practices leave them feeling calmer and happier. They also found that the practice was more supportive and they felt a stronger sense of energy. With the beautiful views of the garden and the powerful love from the practice student feel greater motivation to do the moving form each day.

It might not be possible for us to keep running the group practice all year long but we will continue to do it for the next two months to help you through this pandemic situation.
